AKTU Signs MoU with Softpro India for Industry-Academia Collaboration
Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University has made a significant step towards promoting industry-academia collaboration and technical skill development by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Softpro India Computer Technologies (P) Ltd. on 30 October 2026. This partnership aims to enhance the employability of students and provide them with experiential learning opportunities.
Under the framework of this MoU, affiliated colleges can register their requirements for organizing various academic and technical activities in coordination with Softpro India. These activities include Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), Centre of Excellence (CoE), Technical Workshops, Technical Seminars and Expert Sessions, Skill Development Programmes, Project-Based Learning, Placement Assistance and Career Development, and Other Collaborative Activities.
